Responsive microsite for law firm

Casarino, Christman, Shalk, Ransom & Doss, PA is a personal injury law firm in Wilmington, Delaware. They were a Möbius New Media client during my employment at this agency. I designed and simultaneously developed this custom microsite in HTML, CSS and JS. We were able to use their pre-existing website as a starting point, however it was completely re-designed into a custom WordPress theme. This site utilized new CSS3 technology and modern scrolling behavior to present sections as they were scrolled to, in the exact size of the users’ devices’ viewports. In addition, it uses extensive responsive layout breakpoints to present all content in a fluid manner.

While this firm did not have rigid brand standards, we matched existing printed marketing materials to achieve a consistent aesthetic. The website has minimal content, but is presented in a simple, digestible way, using sections across a main landing page. In addition were several other pages, of which the most important is the directory page — where a personable headshot of each attorney is featured. Existing research and data proved this page to be the most visited and widely used with clients of this law firm.
